Long before serving on the bench, Dale’s greatest role has been as a husband, father, and grandfather. He and his wife Kathy have raised their five children right here in Beaver County—the same place they have always called home. Dale views Beaver County as an extension of his family, and he has worked tirelessly to keep our community safe, fair, and strong.
